Working with John Samuel , has been the most amazing experience that will last a lifetime . I went from overweight , shy and lacking confidence to a fit , social and confident man . John , was not only my trainer but an inspiration to me as he inspired , motivated and encouraged me to make this change to my life and today i am a living testimony of his amazing job .
